“Some of our favorite images are the ones that make it feel like you're the only lovers on the planet.”

South Farms

As photographers we can see potential in even a parking lot, but at South Farms you are surrounded by magical rolling hills and scenic views that seclude your love. Your guests are invited into the rustic, yet classy building that resembles a barn but feels very much like an upscale experience. We’ve seen the dance floor light up with disco balls and sweaty moments, which may not sound enticing but is exactly what the heart wants when you have everyone you love in one place.

We know we talk about this a lot, but having options for your wedding day is really wonderful. Outdoor ceremony in the great lawn or in the White Barn, even if you plan for outdoors and mother nature has a party you have a beautiful space inside. Enjoy outdoor and indoor cocktail hours and let’s not forget that private space upstairs in case you need a minute to collect yourself, or get a little artsy with your photos!

South Farms is a place where you get inspired even if you’ve been there before, and we enjoy that. We enjoy seeing all the creativity that is brought to life by the couples who get married here, and how well they are taken care of. It makes your wedding day that much better when you have people behind you who support you and what you want.

“when your venue is run by considerate, thoughtful, and fun people it makes your wedding day feel like a breeze.”

Bill Miller’s Castle

A distinctive castle full of architecture with towers, turrets and stone walls for a fairytale-like atmosphere? A castle on the shoreline of Connecticut to make your wedding feel truly magical and memorable? If you haven’t checked out Bill Miller’s Castle in Branford, then you are missing out!

Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with lush gardens as a stunning backdrop for your wedding ceremony.

I know we sound like a broken record, but when your venue is run by considerate, thoughtful, and fun people it makes your wedding day feel like a breeze. Bill Miller’s boasts an experienced event team dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of your wedding day runs smoothly. From planning and coordination to execution, their professional staff will work closely with you to bring your vision to life and create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

Jules still drools over those meatballs! Explore all your menu options, even if you don’t choose the meatballs, Jules will be ok! Whether you prefer plated dinners or casual buffet-style dining, they can create a delicious and memorable dining experience.

Bill Miller's Castle exudes historic charm and character, providing you a romantic and timeless setting for your wedding. A big plus is that the indoor and outdoor ceremony sites are both beautiful. You will want a photographer who is experienced with Off Camera Flash (OCF) or additional lighting for this indoor space as it is not all natural light filled and once the sun goes down it will be darker inside, intimate and moody!

Smith Farm Gardens

How do I love thee, let me count the ways! We fell in love with this location the first time we laid eyes on it. Ever dreamed of an elegant countryside wedding? Then this is the place for you! It feels very glamorous too! This old family home has been transformed with so much love and care and is still being run by the owners.

To us the best part about this place is the care the owners have for all the people that come through their doors. You really feel welcome. They continue to craft a place where people want to be. Where every space has been designed with intention and care. A place where you can welcome your guests and have everyone feel like their at home. That certainly goes a long way.

“We always leave this place with a warm feeling on our hearts!”
